Frances was born in Suffolk and undertook a classical art training at the Charles H Cecil Studios in Florence where she remained to teach and study sporadically for nearly a decade. A full time painter, Florence has developed an international reputation as a figurative and portrait artist. A regular exhibitor at the Mall Galleries, she is an elected member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and The Contemporary British Portrait Painters.
