About Lara Scouller

Lara Scouller is an award winning Scottish artist who works in a variety of media including pastel and printmaking.

Lara has received great acclaim since graduating from Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, Dundee in 2006. Lara's drawings portray the natural world at its most beautiful and vulnerable –  working directly from life responding intuitively to her surroundings allows a direct connection to Lara's subject matter. Animals and birds found in Africa, India, and closer to home in Scotland’s landscapes have provided inspiration for her most recent works.
