
Born and brought up in London, Jacqueline spent a year studying art in Paris in 1963 before moving to Florence where she spent five years studying restoration at the Gabinetto del Restauro at the Uffizi, Florence. During this time she attended the studio At the same time attending the Studio of Nerina “La Signorina” Simi. The latter considered by er Pietro Annigoni as “the greatest drawing teacher of the 20th century.” She has exhibited widely and is a member of Colchester Arts Society, the Royal Society of British Artists, Art Workers Guild and a liveryman of the Fishmongers Company She also owns The Geedon Gallery in Essex. She won the Dry Red Press award in 2015.Jacqueline was elected an Honorary Member of the Royal Society of British Artists in 2013.
